Having problems with message search?
Outlook Express is completely unrelated to Outlook and is out of scope for this list. It's also not very programmable at all, if what you want is possible it probably would require using the OE library from Nektra. You can Google for information about that.
For an Outlook form to not make those fields available at all you'd need to design a custom form. See the information on custom form design at www.outlookcode.com.
