In table view, I went to customize view/other settings/ uncheck in cell editing....then show "new item" view becomes grayed out and does not appear Now what? ...
This executes each time you use it to open outlook. I would suggest using it on a regular basis - and using the regular shortcut the rest of the time. -- ... ...
