REQUIREMENTS:

• Liaising closely with a Project Manager at the design stage, understanding requirements and designing complete schemes of applications from Home page layout to inner pages.
• Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required.
• Can write web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver.
• Can decide how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web.

Qualification:

• At least 1 year experience in web designing.

Should have a knowledge of:

• Web 2.0
• Should have command and working experience in either Adobe Photoshop OR Illustrator.
• HTML Div/ Table Based
• Java Script
• Can work within code
• Can conceptualize/visualize and present with help of sketching
• Flash Designing skills / command over Illustrator ( would be a plus point)

Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive activity templates in XML and Flash Action script 3.0.
• Develop core classes and functions for our in-house XML authoring tool.
• Knowledge in Development of Multi User Games in Flash using Flash Communication server (Media Server), Smart fox.
• Develop enabling tools that assist in the course development process.
• Research new technologies that will streamline development cycles.
• Interaction with server side languages and database using flash.
• Exposure to any other scripting language (PHP, Javascript) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to learn new Internet and authoring technologies relevant for web site development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years programming background in multi user flash game.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• A solid quantitative background (mathematics, computer science, statistics) is strongly preferred.
• Expert-level ability to develop online applications and to program motion-based tweens using Flash Action script.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, XML, Javascript, and Web technologies in general.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
