After a decade of providing a pioneering spirit, a leader in
innovative design, and a model for providing a comfortable place to
visit with friends and newcomers, The Castle is leaving Palacespace
forever.

Come join us at 3 p.m. Eastern U.S. time for a once-in-a-lifetime
event where old friends, new friends, family and interested onlookers
reminisce about The Castle and it's long history in Palace. The theme
is "It's Only Goodbye If You Can't Remember" because, although it was
only a chat program, many close ties and relationships were forned
within the weathered walls of The Castle.

Join us for a 2-hour chat and whatever may develop from having people
feel the closeness once enjoyed at The Castle. Whether you were a
passing prop seeker, a newbie looking for a "home", a 24HOP tourist,
a holiday event enthusiast, a prop contestant, a regular, or a staff
member, you'll have memories of The Castle and it's effect on you.

At 5 p.m. Eastern U.S. time, the Castle will be shut down permanently,
whisking all who remain for the experience into Palacespace. Come
join us for the countdown and wish all who are a part of The Castle
well in whatever endeavors they choose.

I've enjoyed a memorable 10 years of Palacing. I know I shall have

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved wrapper, but,
