least 18 years old to be host, and at least 13 years old to be Jr.Host. If

ones who may enter using Palace Client. My palace is just starting, please
help me get some word of mouth. My palace is a TechTV theme and we require at

I can't seem to find an reference to this in any manual. Any idea
what it is for and how it works?

You're on the right track.   Holding down the Alt key with the pencil
will flood with the color selected.  However holding down the ALT key
with Eraser will Flood ERASE!!

For all those artists out there in PalaceSpace:

It's a little late, but still not too late to check this out.  The last
couple of months I've taken a very fun course on at LVS Online Classes:
Intro to the New PSP7!!  It was called "PSP7--Getting Started".

While very basic, and despite the fact I've been using PSP for several
years, I did find some techniques and hints new to me.  The cost is
nominal--$15 per course ($12 for returning).  Courses are 6 weeks long.
You're given an assignment on their website, have all week to work on
it, then upload your results on your own website.

For those who might like to see what I did this last course and get a
better idea of what I'm talking about, you can go to  (my webdesign

There is also a mailing list that gives you an opportunity to have
discussion with the other students, plus an online IRC session every

For those of you who would like to have some sort of Memorial Ribbons
for your website, your palace or as props, I've just finished making a
whole batch of them!  Three jpeg files full of ribbons for you to do
with as you please!

I used the same bluish weave pattern from the Palace Tools logo as the
pattern/texture for the ribbons.  There are all shapes and sizes!
Against white or black, with or without drop shadows.  Even a few
buttons already made.  There are even a few that have that little gold
palace on them.

Within the next couple of days I hope to have some of the ribbons in a
prop dispenser in Barbara's Colorado:

It appears the Mac AND PC versions in the latest version have this problem.
There are users of both complaining of the same problems.

It appears after a couple attempts, the pic eventually shows up.  This may
take a few room entries and a couple reboots, but eventually it does happen.

So far, nobody has found the problem and/or provided a fix for it.  But I'm
sure that is not what you wanted to hear.

The only other option is to have them email, ICQ or otherwise get the pics
to you and manually place them in the appropriate folder.

It appears the Mac AND PC versions in the latest version have this problem.
There are users of both complaining of the same problems.

It appears after a couple attempts, the pic eventually shows up.  This may
take a few room entries and a couple reboots, but eventually it does happen.

So far, nobody has found the problem and/or provided a fix for it.  But I'm
sure that is not what you wanted to hear.

The only other option is to have them email, ICQ or otherwise get the pics
to you and manually place them in the appropriate folder.

We are always adding new AV's.
We are a "fantasy" or "midieval" theme.
We are not a "prop palace" but we have a decent selection.  And we have a
talented group making props.

During this weekend of palace hopping, my friends and
I discovered that there are many talented av artists
out there just waiting to be discovered!!!

I realized with all the links/directories I have seen,
no one has put together a "Shopaholics" directory for
those of us addicted to custom avs, or when you are
looking for that "something special".

Sooooooooooooo...what I am looking for is to see if we
can put one together!  Any volunteers??

avs....drop me an email with a brief (emphasis on
brief) explanation of what you have.

Sorry to be the party pooper but distributing Palace files is illegal, it will only get the owner of this list into trouble. I know it seems logical to put both palace clients up there but you can download them legally from:

Actually Communities gave them and only them permission to distribute the client software, if you like to know more please read up on Palacetools.com, sing up for the mailinglist and check the 5000 mails we have on this subject, official ones fom Communities and unofficial ones from legal experts. (and yes i read everyone of them)

But thats all besides the point, youre only causing trouble for another palace user.
