<--- Phalanx sends 350211, I believe. Most likely, it sends this code so that
uneducated Palace owners don't ban it, thinking it is some kind of modified
Palace software.

As I said though, in all cases, when the Palace client is modified, all that can
be modified is the GUI itself. So these threats from this unruly user are
nothing more a bunch of hot air. The only program with the potential of causing
problems for server owners is ProtoKill, and that is blocked by BlockAll.
