You are correct. The Treo 300 version did NOT implement the "stay on in cradle" feature in General Prefs as other devices did. The checkbox just is not there.... 		Scott Lovell

Version 1.5 has the same problem with the 'Disable AutoOff when online'. In fact, it locks-up the Treo 300 when it is selected and you let it time out while on... 		Scott Lovell
