I have a few questions:
*Any ideas what serial numbers were assigned to the different models?
*Any idea the lowest number in existence? highest number?
*Has anyone tried to collect a list of the serial numbers in existence?
*Is there a list of what serial numbers were manufactured during what years?
Thanks,
Russ
P.S. My Model 1D's serial number is 18001
What software did you use to combine the images?

Subject: [Panoramic Photography] hdr pano
I posted a hdr pano before, however using flickr, the image could not be
enlarged enough to really view it. I got the "bug" tonight, and shot this,
which is a pano made up of 4 hdr images. Each hdr image was created with 6
files ranging from +3/--2 f stops. I might be over doing the number of
exposures, but I'm also just play'n around with this stuff. You can get a
good view of the image by clicking on the pop-out that appears on the right
hand side of the image. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks!

you can also do a web search for small hardware without quotes. There are
quite a few companies that have small parts. BTW small brass screws works also
for a search.

Subject: [Panoramic Photography] small hardware
There's a company in New Jersey - MicroMark - that specializes in
modelmakers' supplies, including some very small hardware. They might have
what you want.
Just be sure they have the item *in stock and ready to ship* before you
order.
They have no store, just online and telephone (or I suppose mail)
ordering.

Okay...here's the faceplate screw update. The screw is an "oval head No.0 x
1/4" wood screw". Neither McMaster-Carr nor Grainger had anything smaller than
a No.2. My local Ace Hardware had a flat head No.0 x 1/4" so I'm going to go
with that for now and keep looking.
Thanks for everyone's help!
Russ
You can also try McMaster-Carr,
http://www.mcmaster.com/#carriage-screws-and-lag-screws/=4kkwyt
I have been able to get small screws for my old Graflex cameras. They have both
wood and machine screws in all sizes. from 000 through large sizes.

Any hardware store with a small parts section will do. Or try smallparts.com

Russ, I found a fairly good supply of small brass screws at my local ACE or
ACO hardware store, and another source at an independent hardware store in
my neighborhood. It did take some looking to find stores that had anything
suitable.

Dear Luca,
Sorry for that if the announcement has annoyed you. As to the quality of the
software, you could compare it with other virtual tour software, I¡¯m sure
you¡¯ll know more about the advantages of it. I have deleted the announcement.
Hope you could understand. "And that is the reason why they were kicked out from
all the most important VR lists."----As to the saying above, hope you could be
fair to Tourweaver, because it isn't be "kicked out", it's still in.
Hope you could give it a try!
Best regards,
Carolyn

Dear Andrei,
Sorry for the second announcement. I have deleted the first one, because
there is a little mistake in the link. If it annoys you, sorry for that.

I think that is a bad software and I'll naver buy it because they
think viral marketing is acting like swine flue.
And this kind of rude and aggressive acting means that the company and
their products ARE what they are percieved.
This means NO buisness culture, BAD marketing strategy, NO knowledge
of the effective market and NO user consideration.
Just this alone reveals the limits and the blindness of the company
and their products. And that is the reason why they were kicked out
from all the most important VR lists.
I'd add that my name means something in the quite close and small
world of panoramic photography.
