Do you really want RPM?

If you install XP on C\:, retaining the original file system, then surely
Windows usually creates a dual boot W98/XP?
Just do not let it format C:\.

RPM is for more advanced use.

... RPM is not a software you should "install": you just drop it in the place of your convinience, and can move it without problem. ... Most certainly yes. ......
