Hi,

I just posted yet another attempt at merging the Pavuk sources with
the Netli changes. I fixed the dprintf issue, and this one compiles
for me on freebsd.

There is one known issue:

I broke gtk compatibility, so you have to configure using the --
disable-gtk option.

I do have a sourceforge project for pavuk now, but I haven't gotten
it set up yet.
