gtk2 porting of pavuk

I have done a quick and dirty porting to gtk2. The porting is based on
pavuk-0.9pl29d, the last version found from the author's homepage.
You can find the patch and package at
http://blrc.edu.cn/~caixj/software/pavuk-0.9pl29d_gtk2.patch,
http://blrc.edu.cn/~caixj/software/pavuk-0.9pl29d_gtk2.tar.bz2. If
have more time, maybe make it more integrated with gnome2.
