I am having problems using pavuk when downloading from cnet. The URL
translation gives an error. For example trying to download kazaa from
cnet url:
http://download.com.com/redir?
pid=10214919&merid=88691&mfgid=88691&edId=3&siteId=4&oId=3002-20-
10214919&ontId=20&ltype=dl_dlnow&lop=link&destUrl=http%3A%2F%
2Fdownload.kazaa.com%2Fkmd.exe

pavuk gives the following response:

Any idea how to fix it? Are there any command line downloaders that
can handle such URL? (I tried wget and curl and got a similar error)
