Hello,

I released the newest pavuk version 0.9.31 (without "pl" this time to match the
most common versioning systems).

This release fixes lots of bugs and security problems.

German locale is up-to-date, other languages are still not updated.

Download it throught the sourceforge file release interface.

The sourceforge web-pages have not yet been updated due to my lack of time. Any
volunteers?
