URL Translation problem?

Hello,

I'm a new pavuk user, and I have a question about a strange URL
translation problem.

I'm downloading a site starting from the following URL
http://www.notzai.info/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=2
in this page the following URL is a redirection to a zip file:
<a href="modules.php?name=Downloads&amp;d_op=getit&amp;lid=5">
this should be translated to
http://www.notzai.info/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=5
instead in the pavuk log I see
URL: 41(3) of 289
http://www.notzai.info/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getitelid=5
(as a result pavuk downloads a wrong page)

the last "&" character is translated to a strange "e" character, I tried
several character sets but it doesn't seem to solve the problem, and as
the other "&amp;" strings are translated in the right way to "&"
characters i must be missing somethnig or it is the "pavuk 0.9.31
2004-12-06T11:17" release bug.

Can someone help me wit this issue?

Thanks
M.
