I fixed this error. Please get the CVS version and try it. Or at least
copy url.(c|h) to your sources, but I cannot guarantee this to work, as
there have been some other changes as well. Free-Access CVS maybe delayed
1-3hours.

In CVS you need to run ./cvsbuild.sh (needs automake, autoconf, awk).
