Those are my builds. :-) They're not entirely up-to-date, but close.
(Hm, should put new versions on-line; some bug fixes lately, but those
have only been tested on my Unix boxes :-(( )

No sweat; thanks for the translated link; I went wrong when visiting
the web site here: I should have clicked on ' Trānsito em Directo' in
the top menu, instead of going for the first 'Lisboa' I could find (in
the side panel). This is completely different... the part of the web
site you refer to is a Flash application, i.e. when one clicks '
Trānsito em Directo', you get the maps, signs and all the rest inside
a flash file.
The 'Zonas' menu is inside that Flash app, so that's going to be hard
when you wish to off-line this beast entirely. But before we go for
that worst-case scenario, let me ask this: what do you want to do?
I.e. what do you want to copy to your local machine? If I understood
correctly, you are particularly interested in the traffic cams _only_,
so now maps and stuff, right?
(To get those URLs, we'll need to apply a network sniffer a la
WireShark, but that's okay. It's finding out how those image URLs are
named every time that might be the challenge... hm....)
