MSDN Online includes some new information not seen before. Among other
things there is a new definition for Radio state status notifications...

Or what OS version, SP, or hotfix will have this implemented ?

I don't see it in the latest Windows Server 2003 SP1 RC2 (3790.1433) headers
which are the latest I am aware of.
