Dear all,



Hope you will help me in resolving this problem,



I was installing HRMS 8.9 with PT 8.46 in Oracle 9.2.0.6.0 database



My data mover ran successfully with out any errors.



I logged in application designer in boot strap mode



Then I did this step : Updating PeopleTools Database Objects

With PPLTLS84CUR project

It went fine without any errors





Then I did this step : Deleting Obsolete PeopleTools Database Objects

With PPLTLS84CURDEL project

Also this went fine and no errors in this



Now the error comes in this step: Altering PeopleTools Tables

PPLTLS84CUR, when I tried to build this project it, an error window opened and
said that



SQL error. Stmt #: 456 Error Position: 126 Return: 904 - ORA-00904:
"PTENABLESWITCHUSER": invalid identifier



Then when click ok for that error, The rest of the project got build properly



Then I closed the application designer and tried logging in back after some time
,

at that time it said invalid user id and password , but I used the same PS/PS as
user id/pwd….. it dint allow me to log in into the application designer itself



I tried changing the password of PS user id as something else and then again I
changed PS user id password to PS itself.



Now the new error what it throws is



SQL error. Stmt #: 456 Error Position: 126 Return: 904 - ORA-00904:
"PTALLOWSWITCHUSER": invalid identifier



What to do for this ?



How will I get rid of this problem. I tried for solution in net and Peoplesoft
site. It was of no use



PLEASE PLEASE guide me to solve this problem.
