Dear all,
I have some problem in starting the app server for HRMS 8.9 MP1. Please help me
to resolve this issue. I could not find any possible solution for this in
customer connection also. Please do the needful asap.

The instance details are as follows.
Instance : HRMS 8.9 MP1 on windows 2000 server
Tools Version : 8.46
Tuxedo 8.1 is used
Weblogic 8.1 is used as Web server
Database is in ORACLE 9.2.0

the app server domain name is HRM89

when i gave the command to boot this domain

PSWATCHSRV - started properly

PSAPPSRV - dint start at all.

the error we got is
