Hi

Everytime I go to download quicktime or Itunes whether manually or in a
package I get error messages.

My laptop has windows vista and I have had puter less then a year.
Up till now I have not had any problems. i frequently defrag and clean.
macafee virus scan every week.
I have a Toshiba Satellite

Any help would be so appreciated
