Hi,

I have a Toshiba Laptop and windows vista.

I can not see to install quick time or Itunes.

I have had this puter for one year now, I have not had any problems with anything else.

I have tried from the home site and other sites. I even burned a disc from my XP puter and tried from that. Still nothing I receive the same error no matter how or where I download and install. it says there was an error installing possibly with the package error 2738.

any help would be appreciated
