a bug or two in beta 1.0.3.6:

**** might just be a convenience issue, a warm up exercise:
1. position cursor at end of the title line on a page of your choosing and
hit return
2. this new line following the title line is formatted header1.
highlighting it and trying to change to format normal doesn't seem to work.
(if you put text on the line first, then highlight that, it is possible).

**** now, here's a bug:
1. on some page, put the cursor on a blank line above some other text. then
hold the space bar down. the text below the growing line of spaces will
move down.
2. this might not be a harmless formatting issue. for that matter the first
"bug" may also be dangerous. i say this because some time after exercising
these two bugs a bit to figure out what conditions set them off, pepys
crashed on me and left the page i was experimenting on is a totally broken
state with missing, old, odd text all interspersed. i'm guessing that these
"formatting" issues leave behind a trail of dangling special characters and
whatnot that can ultimately be toxic.
