Perl Oasis is a Perl IDE. It is a code navigator; a POD/source/class/project browser.

Perl Oasis is useful standalone, but more useful when used with (currently) UltraEdit.

Perl Oasis is an Open Source Win32::GUI application with a binary available.

... I think these two may be related. IIRC, 0.558 is _way_ old and the subsequent release was much better. Drag-n-drop may never have worked with that version.
