Personalized Cryonics is a moderated discussion list created by the Institute for Evidence Based Cryonics. It is a discussion list for members of existing cryonics organizations who seek to understand and change their personal circumstances to optimize their own survival and (potential)cryopreservation.

Typical topics on this list include personal genomics, personalized medicine, diet options, fitness, nutrigenetics,cryonics first-aid, custom-built stabilization equipment, advance directives and living wills, third-party interference, brain threatening diseases, and local support groups.

This list is not the place to discuss the technical feasibility of cryonics or to start endless debates about cryonics organizations or specific individuals. Our aim is to exchange information to empower the individual to pursue his/her own personal survival by pursuing actionable items that are within one's control.

Please also remember that this is a moderated list and we prefer quality over quantity. Do not drown the list with endless links to news items and articles.
