Burkhart filed suit in Circuit court at Clinton County to let the Billboard overlay case be heard. I have already been on the phone with Mark Mills, Area Plan.
The attorney handling the case for the County is Jay Moore.
I had a nice talk with Mark...and he seems to be supportive of our position (he took Brian Bender's Place). Mark wants a tour of the Observatory.
He will be on WILO AM 1570 tomorrow (Tuesday, March 1st) for a live talk show.
