This board is for encrypted messages only; any plain language content will be immediately deleted. Encryption format is not limited to PGP and its variants. However, public key encryption will provide most users with a means to specifically target individual recipients.

Any politically sensitive encrypted information can be dropped onto the board for pick-up. If your are in a politically sensitive environment, then encrypt your message off-line, onto disk, and use an internet cafe post on this board, if required we will forward encrypted content to specified addresses. To indicate the message requires forwarding, at the end of the header subject title include /F.

When you join the group, configure your member profile to hide your IP number from the moderators, and check the "no email" box.
