This Group was set up for everybody interested in photographing Philippine wild birds. All bird lovers and/or nature photographers are welcome to join the group, access its resources, make an inquiry or share information.

There are close to 600 species of Philippine birds, and about 180 of these are endemics. Many of these species are threatened or near-threatened. By photographing these magnificent winged creatures in their natural habitat and sharing the pics through the web, it is hoped that public awareness for the protection of their habitat will be intensified.

It is wished that the children of our children will still be able to behold their beauty long after our generation is gone.
