but i created in my post-permian world i created a group of aquatic creatures
descended from procynodon. some of them have mossasaur like form. could they

Why not a almost blind creature who lives in muddy fresh water with a complex sonar or electrical system like boto dolphin and electrical eel and elephant fish...
