I’ve gotten my first five images published in January 2009. There is a theme to this set of images, as they all deal with UFO, or flying saucer type craft. I Used Bryce to produce all but one of these art images, and Photoshop to enhance all of them. As you can see with the titles, I am revisiting these images, in that they are older pieces I've brought out of mothballs. After getting these 5 images published, I also published a new article using some of my art among others to illustrate the subject.

The Future is Sooner Than You Think - Revisited Found at: http://tinyurl.com/8syjd3

Way back in 1997, I originally created this image to be used on the promotional poster for Contact 97, Memphis UFO Awareness Conference, put on by the Memphis UFO Discussion Group, at the University of Memphis, in Memphis, TN. The main idea of the image was to be a futuristic version of Memphis, with flying saucers in common use. I created the image with Bryce. Most recently upon revisiting this image, I added the frame and digital signature as post-render effects using Photoshop.

It’s A Gray World After All - Revisited Found at: http://tinyurl.com/9fzw6x

This image is about the oldest of those I’ve lately revisited. I created it with a now obsolete 3D program called Visual Reality. This image was used back in 1996 as the background on the membership cards for the Memphis UFO Discussion Group, a group of which I was a member, at that time. Most recently, I added the digital signature and digital frame as post render effects with Photoshop.

Exploration Over a Purple Sea - Revisited Found at: http://tinyurl.com/8w935f

This image is another one of my earlier flying saucer image creations from the 1990s. It is among my first images created with Bryce, and that fact shows. I’ve developed my 3D skills a great deal since then. Recently, upon revisiting it, I added the digital signature and frame as post render effects with Photoshop.

Enigmatic Rendezvous - Revisited Found at: http://tinyurl.com/axoe7p

This image is an enhanced remake of an image I originally created in 1997. It depicts a moment over the Mississippi River from a UFO case history I collected from an eyewitness. I was never fully satisfied with the work I did on it back then. I finally got around to revisiting it and greatly improved the overall look of the saucer craft. I also made some changes to the clouds in the sky, and added the distant trees toward the right edge. After making all the changes, I re-rendered the image with Bryce, and then added a few post render effects with Photoshop, including the digital frame.

Pretty as a Perl - Revisited Found at: http://tinyurl.com/9vm6me

This image is another one of my flying saucer images, but not quite as old as the others recently revisited and published here at Picable. I created the initial image with Bryce. I then added a few post render effects with Photoshop.

Are UFOs Extraterrestrial?  Exploring Some Alternatives Found at: http://tinyurl.com/6u3qqd This is a 3 page article looking at UFO sightings of the present day, and in the past, as well. I recently watched a televised debate on the nature of UFO origins. The panelists presented many arguments about whether or not UFOs have an extraterrestrial origin, but they said little about possible alternatives. It seems most who believe; consider it indisputable that this phenomenon is of an extraterrestrial origin, while skeptics just cynically consider UFOs nonexistent.

Enjoy,
