In the case of dealing with a group, especially one where experts are supposed to reside (ahem, phpXperts), one might also assume a poster would do their due diligence, at least the minimum, before posting to the group. Considering that even the most basic of searches in Google [1] results in a download link for TinyMCE, it's probably safe to assume that the original poster did not do their due diligence before posting to the group. It would be akin to, say, asking about a built-in PHP function without first read about it in the manual. You can do it, but it's borderline lazy.
The usual response to "noobs" who lack in general "netiquette" is a gentle reminder, teasing, and push in the right direction. Whether or not Sabuj's original response was too harsh is not for me to say, but I'm sure there's bound to be a discussion group out there [2] that goes over the finer points of netiquette.
Next topic! I'm ready for it!

Thanks,
Rakibul Islam>> Dear Rakibul Islam,
What do u think, to seach in google u need to be scholars and by born developers/programmer ? and I think it's easy to search in google to get any answer quickly at least to get any download link for any popular web tools.
Why are u redirecting my reply to negative sense ? I didn't try to hurt but hit his thinking, yes that's it. And I am 100% sure he will always be grateful to me that he will search in google first for any new problem. Without helping directly we need to help each other how to find solution for a problem than just serving spoon.
This grp is like a family and to help each other. and helping doesn't mean that u will make ppl blind by just giving links for common problem.
Another thing , what I did wrong ? isn't it the easiest solution?
thank you.
