There are many reason to take your messages negatively.
1) You have insulted the man when you said that"open any internet browser software like firefox, ie etc"Don't you think that he has written the mail from an Internet Browser? or do you think otherwise?

What do u think, to seach in google u need to be scholars and by born developers/programm er ? and I think it's easy to search in google to get any answer quickly at least to get any download link for any popular web tools.
Why are u redirecting my reply to negative sense ? I didn't try to hurt but hit his thinking, yes that's it. And I am 100% sure he will always be grateful to me that he will search in google first for any new problem. Without helping directly we need to help each other how to find solution for a problem than just serving spoon.
This grp is like a family and to help each other. and helping doesn't mean that u will make ppl blind by just giving links for common problem.
Another thing , what I did wrong ? isn't it the easiest solution?
