The project I am currently working for demands me to enable some sort of licensing and copy-proof techniques. My service buyer wants to sell the script.

Any idea how this can be achieved? I think partial code obfuscation could be the solution. Any good PHP code obfuscation tool for Ubuntu 9.04?
