Hi Guys,                  This is Rama krishna swarna. I posted on topic to this forum recently.I wanted to know some information about that.                   I need to create a website with joomla and ecommerce component(virtuemar t or zencart or oscommerce or some other component). I  must use yootheme template and yootools and yoomenus for that website. I feel these yootools are commercial. Is anyone used them in their websites. Can we customize the yoothemes templates according to our requirements.                   As these yoothemes are 1.5 native support i must use 1.5.x joomla for my website. All the components available the maximum components are for 1.0.x native and 1.5.x legacy. So if i install those components for 1.5.4 some sections are not appearing and some sections styles are different and some images are not appearing.These are the problems i am facing. How can we resolve these?                   Is there any support center component which is used as help desk. So that users can post their tickets(problems) and admin needs to assign those to tickets to employees of their organisation.
