Is there anybody help me to give an information about bandwidth monitor Software?
Specially I want to monitor my local network. I want to control bandwidth usage from my windows computer. I want to see who is downloading big files from the internet and made us slower. In that case I want to stop his download or give him notice, don't download big file within office hour.

More information: Our internet is now routing by a NETGEAR router. Our router has not the facility to control download or give alarm.

Sorry, I've never tried to do that. I don't think a local monitor
would do it either - you are really talking about restricting internet
usage, which means somehow monitoring the router. Some routers can be
set to generate log files - that would tell you.
