Hi Annie!
I'm PHTS 91 to 94, so we never met, but Chuck (my voice teacher at PHTS-I
don't know if he was still around in 97, but he taught Jean Andzulis, who may
have been your voice teacher) published a book with the voice warmup in it.
It's called "Make Your Voice Heard" by Chuck Jones. It's a little different
from what we did at PHTS, but not much. It should be available at any
theatrical bookstore. Happy Hunting!
