_Dan Bernstein's_ FFT. At <4096 limbs, probably the fastest in the world.
PIES rocketting to the top would probably not have been possible without
DJBFFT.

Stop flattering me. I nearly didn't do it. I nearly _couldn't_ do it.

If the whole world was FFT libraries written by George Woltman, then
it would _not_ have happened. I refuse to sacrifice chickens in order to
gain 10% speed-up. (If anyone has seen the interface to his libraries
they'll know what I'm talking about, and the vast quantity of poultry
that has been sacrificed in order to attain the seemingly unattainable
position GIMPS has will not change my view.) However, I might be willing
to change my views if I too can get 100000 PCs on the project.
