Hi,
Aside from reading whatever SCEA study guide books I could find, the Whizlabs SCEA part 1 simulation exam really helped me a lot. Also, check out the JavaRanch Big Moose Saloon SCEA forum (http://saloon.javaranch.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=26 ). I got a lot of tips from this forum in answering parts 2 and 3.

Milo

book or reading materials can you guys recommend?
Amazon only has one that has a decent user rating but
the book was published four (4) years ago.

Hi Butch,
I'm also looking for study group in the preparation
for SCEA exam.
If this plan will push through, I'm interested to
join.

Hi all,
I'm just pinging the group if there are people
planning to take the
SCEA exam within the year. If you are, would you
be interested in
forming a study group?
I'm planning to start my review soon and having a
"serious" and
"disciplined" study group might help me get better
exam
results. ;^)

BTW, FYI: The SCEA (Sun Certified Enterprise
Architect) exam does
not
have certification prerequisites -- meaning you
don't necessarily
have
to be an SCJP/SCWCD to take it... I think its
geared towards senior
java developers/team leads/architects who want
have some sort of
certification under their belt to prove that they
know what they're
doing :D.
