I used RSA (Rational Software Architect) 7.5 at RAD (Rational Application Developer) 7 built-on eclipse din. Ang advantage lang is you don't need to worry for plug-ins, kasi mostly available na sa IDE na iyan. Madali lang din kasi e integrate sa mga Application Server at madali mag reverse engineer ng mga Data modelling (ERD). Gingagamit ko rin pag expose ng mga CICS transaction into WebService kasi meron na API para sa WebSphere Apps.

Eclipse has been my favorite for so many years.. until I've tried Intellij Idea for 2months and so.... but I don't mind going back to Eclipse since not all companies provide Intellij.. If you're a newbie on them they don't really have much difference..
