Try using the 8MB SIMM and see if it works. Maybe the 16MB SIMM is
not ok.

I have a 32MB simm and arround 65G of mp3 files and no problems at
all.

First I used a 8MB SIMM and had around 3GB MP3 on the disc in a lot of directories and every thing was fine. Now I added 20 albums by deleting the whole disc...

I have 3-4 gig of music on my player and a 32 mb simm. Some of my MP3's are 300-400 meg each. (one long song, captured internet stream) and they all play just...
