I can access all other areas (address book, etc.) just not Pulse. I
get this error message: "A fatal error has occurred. Please wait a
moment and try again. Contact support@... if you continue to
see this error".
So, I contacted support and was told I couldn't access Pulse because I
had too many outstanding connection requests. So I deleted them all
and STILL can't access Pulse. I again contacted support and was told
they had to elevate the help ticket. It's been three days and I still
haven't heard back from them. And I am a paid subscriber.
Anyone else having this problem?
