Having problems with message search?
Howdy
If you're seeing problems with your brithday reminders, can you contact me directly and let's see what may be going on? First, let's make sure everyone knows how the Birthday Reminder Service (BRS) works:
1. Anyone with a birthday date set in your addressbook synchronized to Plaxo, you will get a reminder.
2. If you are "connected" to another user in Pulse but you don't have them in your address book, you will get a reminder.
3. You will get a reminder 7 days (default) and 1 day before the event date.
4. You can change the 7 day reminder to any day you want - go here:

It's a simply concept but I suspect there may be some issues as I read this thread. Can you all contact me with some specific examples so that I can report them to engineering? Thanks.

It still works for me. Maybe check your settings. It is possible to turn them all off by accident.
