That happened to me too. Their support mentioned that they have some type of
"limiter" to avoid situations where members are sending the same update
requests over and over again - thus annoying the heck out of my friends.
That's probably smart on Plaxo's part since my ISP will just end up blocking
them. I think you have to a week before you can send to the same person
again.
