Yes, you are correct.  Plaxo has a 7-day "wait" period before allowing another update request.  This is done because numerous users were accidentally sending multiple batches to their friends, and appearing like spammers.  It's sorta like the gun law waiting period.  ;)

Can anyone tell me how can I re-send an e-mail? It tells me that duplicate e-mails are not sent....

That happened to me too. Their support mentioned that they have some type of "limiter" to avoid situations where members are sending the same update requests...
