I don't grow Draculas indoors, I have found that they grow too large for wardian cases. So I can't answer your main question, but I do grow alot of Draculas...

I currently have only 4 dracs...vespertilio, carderi, simia, and a NOid... the vespertilio and carderi are the ones that have actually budded, then blasted....

These dracs do not require very cold temperatures (with the possible exception of the NOid. I have found NOids to be highly variable). Your daytime...
