Asslam-o-Alikum

Do any one know any qmail utility for checking currently established SMTP
Server.I need it because due to qmail feature the qmail established
simultaneosly connection to remote SMTP server and due to that Bandwidth
increase.How to enforce qmail do not established more SMTP Connection.
