JOB / PREFERRED PROFILE DETAILS:
Description:
- The TSM is responsible for managing multiple customer projects and must be a seasoned Project Manager with very good project management, people management and interpersonal skills. Must be able to mentor multiple Project Leads and must have the ability to lead and inspire large teams to develop challenging Products, using latest technologies.
- He/She must have managed full life cycle projects and must be exposed to different project life cycles. Must have very good process orientation and must be able to appreciate the true spirit of both operational and engineering processes.
- Applabs is engaged by customers to develop challenging and complex products. The TSM must have an innovative bent of mind and thirst for continuous optimization and improvement, to effectively meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
- He/She must be well versed in writing proposals and coming up with optimized and tailored solutions for customers, as part of pre-sales support.
- He/She should preferably have Financial Services, Health Care or Telecom Domain expertise. He/She must have very good OOAD skills, and must have implemented complex products/applications using either Java or Microsoft technologies. He/She must believe in diving deep and getting dirty and must have a penchant for technology.
- He/She must have good experience in managing multi location project teams and should be able to work in a well diversified environment and culture. He/She must be able to independently interface with customers and manage customer relationships.
Technical & Product Development Skills:
- Must have very good OOAD skills and experience
- Must have implemented complex products/applications using Java/Microsoft technologies
- Should preferably have been exposed to Product development life cycle with an understanding of the underlying challenges. Should preferably have served ISV customers.
- Must have pre-sales and proposal writing skills
Project Management Skills:
- Should have led Development projects, playing PM role or more, for at-least about 3 years or more, preferably multiple projects at a time
- Must be able to understand the project financials and deliver projects within the planned budgets and with high quality
- Should preferably hold PMP certification
- Must have exposure, in more than one project, of full life cycle development
- Must have good exposure to different types of project life cycles
- Must have very good process orientation, knowledge and appreciation
- Must have worked in Process oriented organizations
- Must have very good team management and customer facing skills
- Must be able to mentor multiple Project leads
Domain Knowledge:
- Should preferably have exposure Financial Services, Healthcare or Telecom Domain.
