I also have that same issue. If I can score on a cable and software will I be able to use the device as a stand alone editer with upload capabilities but

I too have discontinued use of the pocketmail -- but I was an avid fan of the devise ( I used the flip back on a redesigned palm III which also had wifi). I

Wow... the Pocketmail listserv lives again! Imagine my surprise... but, of course, it was yet another sad message about terrible customer service. Too bad.

Hi Terry, I gave up on Pocket mail about a year ago. It was impossible to reach them. I tried to stop the automatic charge to my credit card for each 6 months
