I have been trying for at least a month to turn off the Pocketmail
renewal machine, but the result is comic. They won't cancel unless I
tell them verbally to cancel, but I can't reach customer service, as
others have noted. I held for many many minutes on Tuesday (the
recording says in a cutesy way that they're too busy to answer on
Mondays), then got switched to voice mail, so I left them a voice
mail to cancel, but got another renewal notice today.
The only approach I can think of is to refuse to pay the charge when
it appears on my credit card bill.
Anybody else have other ideas?
