PocketSOAP is a 32bit library, you'll either need to use it from a 32bit process, or add some additional registry entries that will enable the OS to thunk it.

BTW, it works perfectly for Windows 2008 R@ server on Excel 2007. So, either I am missing something or Excel 2010 behaves differently. It could be 32/64 bit
