Patch for Weblogic problems

For those of you experiences crashes in pocketSOAP when hitting
weblogic hosted services, i put a fresh build together, drop this DLL
over an existing 1.4.0 install and give it a go.

http://www.pocketsoap.com/pocketsoap/ps_141.zip

Let me know how it goes, if everything is ok, I'll wrap it up into a
real 1.4.1 release.

Cheers
Simon
